Following the opening of the new production hall, in October we introduced a two-shift operation in addition to the three-shift operation. Our employees can thus decide for themselves in which mode they want to work.
For us, the introduction of two-shift operation meant a number of changes in production – from adjusting the production planning system, increasing machine capacity to increasing the number of foremen.
We are aware that working in three shifts with demanding night shifts may not suit some workers. With this step, we want to accommodate the company’s employees.
Added value is also the attractiveness of this non-traditional benefit for new job seekers, for whom two-shift operation is today a decisive criterion for choosing an employer.
