We invest in people is the only internationally recognized human resources development tool through which companies can improve by engaging their employees. The growth of our company and the need to give a certain order and introduce rules to everything related to the management of the employee motivated us to apply for the We invest in people project. Participating in the project itself required complex preparation, we went through a demanding process that brought with it a number of positive effects, such as faster implementation of changes, better communication, higher cooperation or building a team spirit among employees. We successfully passed the audit and in June of this year we gained the We invest in people standard, thereby sealing two years of hard work to improve the quality of human resources management. The icing on the cake was the announcement from London that we were included in the short list of the top 20 best accredited global companies from countries outside Great Britain.
